Michelle contacted us a few months ago about her small scale, elopement wedding here on Vieques. Michelle was certainly one of our most involved brides, and we really enjoyed being able to share our growing expertise of the island. She had a very specific idea of what she wanted, and it was tremendously fun to try out so many different poses. It was also liberating to have a couple that was so eager to just sort of play around and see what we could come up with. We started at the W for some nice, preliminary photography and then headed to Playa Coco (one of our favorites) for the ceremony and some additional photography.
The south side was a bit rough after months of absolute stillness, and I think it really added to the wildness of the area. It doesn’t see a lot of tourist traffic, which was precisely the reason we recommended it.
I wish Michelle & Sam many years of happiness, and have a great time on their cruise around the Antilles!
